How do I sign in?
Type your email on the sign-in page. We send a 6-digit code. Type it in. There is no password.
The code didn’t come.
Check your spam folder. Codes work for 10 minutes. You can ask for a new one after a minute.
How do I bring in my miles?
Export a CSV file from your mileage tracker. In the iPhone app, tap the file in Mail or Files and pick Tax Pit Stop. On the website, use Import a file.
How do reminders work?
We email you before each IRS due date. The iPhone app can also remind you from your phone. Turn either off in Settings.
How do I get my data or delete my account?
Open Settings. You can download everything or delete your account and all of it, right away.
Is my information safe?
We never ask for your bank login or your Social Security number. What you enter is encrypted when we store it.
Is this tax advice?
No. It shows planning estimates so you can decide what to save. For your tax return, use tax software or a tax professional.
